In post 82864, you stated they're cutting the A/S in half.

I wonder why they decided to cut the A/S by 50% after the R/S ?

According to the Preliminary 14C,

Immediately after the Reverse Stock Split is effective, amend our Articles to decrease the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from 6,000,000,000 to 3,000,000,000



The total number of shares available will decrease from 6B to 3B. However, the effective number of shares available will be skyrocketing, once factored for the 1-for-2000 reverse split. Don't be duped by such a simple shell game... just a massive dilution play.
