"MW owned just commons, dont you think he wants to get a Lion's share for his common shares wherever possible?"

I am really miffed whenever someone brings up this argument to say that because MW Just owned Commons, he will 'swing' the recoveries to 'skew' towards 'Commons'... As MW supposedly represented ALL Equity, he better be careful from getting involved in some sort of 'Scam' of 'swinging' recoveries 'skewed' towards Commons... He'll end up in JAIL if he does that... this is not his Pap's BK case, it involves ALL shareholders Other than MW himself, who owned WaMU Shares of various Flavors...So it's not like his Pap's Company that went BK to do whatever he wants!
