In it's current state, with 3.5B OS and an A/S of 6B, it can't even double before maxing out.
Take that 3.5B, RS it to 1.75M OS (3B/2000=1.75M). Yet, your A/S only goes down to 3B? That's not a reduction. The O/S can be diluted 2000X before it maxes out.
They're prepping for MASSIVE dilution. Reducing an A/S, while RSing by a factor of 2000 to 1, is a huge increase in the OS.
