Serious biotech investors who actually know science and know the Anavex story won't invest in AVXL. As a result, Missing has no choice but to fund operations primarily through putting shares to a vulture investor who makes easy money at the expense of shareholders for basically doing nothing. There are plenty of other warning signs, but those red flags alone should tell you everything you need to know. I own a small core position and do some trading, but I have no illusions about what Anavex is or its future prospects.
