I agree that the company is in a completely different position now and that the next 6 months will be very telling. I'm looking forward to the SAAS revenue report the most, and the cash flow second most.

But when a company fills forms out incorrectly how is one to know that? If the answer is 'trust Rory' then you see where that takes us? What you see as a false statement("Rory didn't buy on the open market") is what another perhaps less trusting person sees as where the evidence takes him ("The form indicates Rory didn't buy on the open market").

I stayed out of this form 4 discussion because I had nothing to add to it, and it almost seems irrelevant, as clearly the hope is for LARGE insider buying, and only time will tell if those happen.
