Is it a confirmed scam once it hits quads?

I know previously it had to be trips to be scam, but that was revised...but the new floor for places after the decimal was never provided.

Was that because SCAMydx has already been proven to be a scam...or was it because the marks aren't "aware" enough to understand a right good bamboozling of their wallets?
