OVER HALF the estimated FLOAT OWNED by insiders and institutions!!

Assuming a public float in the 23 million range, insiders and directors of the company own 9.4 MILLION SHARES. Institutions and Mutual Funds own 2.2 million shares. That's 11.7 million shares and doesn't even touch many long, large positions that add millions more to that ;)

That leaves a trade-able float of 5 to 8 million shares in my estimate and my opinion

Read the filings, read the insider ownership, read the information out there that shows all of this. IT"S RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!!

Unbelievable how a growing company, signing clients left and right with a ridiculously low share structure is trading at $1.

This is ground level, get in early share price, IMO. Last years rise was certainly premature on a tiny share structure. Now we have revenue and REAL SAAS growth with new clients everyday. We are closer than ever!!
