What I have said is I think TAUG is going to very very well on the nearly 1 million shares of VTGN it holds

Coulda, woulda, maybe should. What is TAUG's business plan and business model? Does TAUG have any employees? A management team? A phone number for prospective customers to call? Nada. That is where the manipulation comes in. Whatever the latest TAUG fairy tale is, the failed paid consultant gets behind it 400% on message boards. And that is manipulation.

All IMO.
