Could there be a worse CEO for stockholders? Mass dilution, 2 reverse splits, and a promise that they wouldn't get anymore toxic loans (which they immediately broke). Sitting at an AS of 5 billion and being untrustworthy. If a new person comes in and is a scam artist that lowers the AS it's still a major upgrade.

If the new leader isn't a scam artist then holy shit were in luck.
