RE BISA:

This is one of three stocks I hold that imo are "Grey" only due to a lack of interest.

I think this stock could suddenly turn Pink again like a few others have done recently.

I say this because it's still registered with the SEC. The MM's simply stopped posting quotes.

If it turns pink then L2 will suddenly start working again. This has happened in a few others who are also still registered with the SEC.

Which is why I am hoping it will happen for BISA as well.

Grey Market, "OTC" or "Other OTC" is a security that is not currently traded on the OTCQX, OTCQB or Pink markets. Broker-dealers are not willing or able to publicly quote OTC securities because of a lack of investor interest, company information availability or regulatory compliance.

Lack of interest can be a reason a stock is grey.

For those of us here who watched it slowly go to sleep. That seems to be what happened to BISA.
