Show me one that is 44% held by unrelated parties. No way anything valuable comes in to DCGD without him having higher control numbers. How does that happen? Does he buy them out for $100,000,000 to control more than 90%? Or does he reverse split the 44% into a much smaller number, then use the freed up shares to pay for asset acquisition?

What would you do?

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
