Correct, checks made out to HWRC and cashed by Moran. No I don't know for sure if the funds were used for any business dealings with dewmar. But do you think that someone would purchase this company without doing their due diligence about this issue? Since Moran was working with the feds, I'm sure that was all laid out to Hunter before the purchase of the company. Both parties IMO would have had to get the blessing of the feds first. They could have just seized the company and not allow the sale in the first place..... I wonder why the feds allowed dewmar to continue to operate this long? He was busted nearly 2yrs ago..
