I think it is good to keep in mind regarding the dilution is first how relatively low it is for this tier of market (pink) 25,000,000 shares into a 500,000,000 OS=5% dilution over the course of 2+ years. Secondly, one must look at what the company has accomplished with that dilution. Two corporate locations opened, acquisition of an existing cafe, one game publisher purchased and kickstarter fulfillments executed, payroll increase due to growth, etc. I'm going to be honest when I tell you I hate dilution as bad as anyone. But this to me is so low and a the return on investment for the company is so high, I'm completely on board with Roger's use of capital. If he can accomplish what he has at a 5% dilution rate over the last two years, he has one hell of a business model imo.
