Read carefully what I wrote. The judgment, as everyone knows, is against Walther personally, as well as IFUS. IFUS is dead and worthless. Walther, however, though he may be currently worthless, will presumably acquire some assets in the future. I can assure, Adelstein will renew the judgment, as required by law, as long as Walther is alive.

Now, if anyone dared try to restart IFUS, by paying off its millions in debt and be willing to take the risk that unknown shareholders don't make claim upon it, Adelstein would be first in line to get paid. Then, I think, comes the judgment of the New Jersey guy that IFUS/Walther defrauded out of$100,000.00+, Then the IFUS attorneys that went unpaid, & so on & so on & so on.

I would think Adelstein would be delighted to see some rich nitwit put tons of money into IFUS.But, it will never happen.
