AMAZING DEAL. ESPECIALLY AFTER READING THE 10k and putting the last couple filing puzzle pieces together on it.......
ITS ABOUT AS AMAZING AS I WAS SAYING WHEN IT WAS IN THE .00’s
I’ve been adamant about this being undervalued. If I’m wrong I’m wrong. But for me they could drop the price and I would still continue to buy.
So to answer your question....the price is fine and means nothing compared to where it’s going.
THats why I was praying they drop it a little more so I could let some other flourish before it jumps. And I wanna legitimately take them all.
THE FACT:
MOST PENNY STOCKS DO NOT HAVE A CHANCE AT ALL. The reason?: THEY ARE MOSTLY FINANCED BY PRIVATE EQUITY AND HAVE REALLY BAD toxic DEBTS. ID SAY 80% (estimated) have no inventory, no IP, no “anything” that would show value to justify a higher number other Then the promise of words coming from management. Those companies will normally have some sort of magical debt devices that most cannot understand.
And then along comes SNDD.......
As I’ve stated before. ANY IP (intellectual property) THAT GENERATES SOME KIND OF REVENUE IS WORTH SOMETHING. It’s got a value!!! Real life value since I could theoretically buy the company and sell the IP to the right buyer that knows what it’s worth and then bam. Makes my money.
To have a company selling scenario, there needs to be a history or some kind of data on the product. Without data, people aren’t going to know what to do or how to value it.
That’s why I was so excited on a so called “Test run” for product launch. Confirmed 250 with 900 more on the way!

And when California’s numbers come out, There finally going to be a good idea of how it would perform cross country and now Redhawk is going to be able to provide data for their company buyers or use the data to improve the company.
Either way the 10k is considered a reference point based off of JUNEs numbers..... please read the 10k properly and you will see this they are not valuing the treasury shares at even a measly .01 or .005 price, they went way lower with .001-.003’s
And with them showing 590k value (as per 10k) or something then.....imagine now at .01 even or at .0075.
They priced it lower on purpose. That’s my theory.
If people were to see the the numbers.....that more than likely will be in the next few Q’s. It going to turn this into a rocket. FACT.
ANOTHER FACT:
The LIQUIDATION VALUE OF THIS COMPANY IS WORTH MORE THAN THE MARKETCAP As of today!!
All you gotta do is read!!!!
Even if they sold every left over share they had and fully dilute the company, that still makes this undervalued. FOR ALL ANYBODY KNOWS SANDD IP COULD GENERATE BIG MONEY FOR YEARS TO COME. KLUG COULD ESSENTIALLY LICENSE THE DESIGN TO OTHER MANUFACTURES AND MAKE MONEY THAT WAY TOO!!!. THIS IS JUST FOR THE SANDD MINI...WHICH IS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF FDA and OSHA APPROVAL.
THEY HAVE ALSO INCREASED THEIR POSTION IN ECOGEN FROM BEING A 25% partner to owning the whole company (100%!)that has the rights to sell 3 popular medicines that should generate nice cash flows without splitting the costs.
So now Redhawk is setup in the UK as well to sell. that should provide access to at least two regions of the globe where needles are used excessively that of which the obvious pros of being in these markets.
LONG STORY SHORT:
THE CEO HAS DONE AN AMAZING JOB AT FOLLOWING THROUGH AND BEING A MAN OF HIS WORD BASED OF THE 10k and all recent filings. Proof is all there for anybody to read. All you have to do is a little homework. Go back and match up dates with paperwork and then you can conclude different valuations. This type of trade is not the ones that shoot up fast and then start dropping super fast because the OS is rising.....
Even from when dr drew signed on for partnership. The OS HAD not changed.
The MAIN 3 reasons HOLDING AND ACCUMULATING IS A REAL GOOD IDEA
1. Dr. Drew (even as one pointed out he not invulnerable to bad investment, that is absolutely true!) has a track record behind product promotion especially in his field—where he’s respected by colleagues— and it is actually incredible. ONE OF KLUGS SMARTEST MOVES! IN TERMS OF MARKETING, giving up equity for this was money well spent as I’ve said, he would participate in a P and D to tarnish his reputation and just based on the fact that he’s already got a ton of money.
So.....fast money for DR. DREW WOULD NOT COME IN THE FORM OF STOCK SELLING...ALL HE HAS TO DO IS SMILE, and TALK AND PEOPLE PAY HIM FOR HIS OPINION. He’s got no plans on selling shares IMO and he’s also an huge advocate for homeless people and the obvious needle problem that litters the streets.
2. CATALYSTS COMING DUE WILL BE EVENT DRIVEN, with a little news in the mix. MARKET SAAVY CEO. If you sold I don’t feel bad or happy. I’m just happy with what I see from filings. It’s not like they are making announcements that “this and this” is going to happen, we’re at the point of “IT” happening.
The last delay was the lawsuit which caused price to go down....
And the fact the Sandd mini was just in its beginning stages and was called something else. Now taking feedback from the last model, redesigned it and made it easier to use and more durable. Basically the last stage before hitting the retail market was getting the webpage up to be able to show products. And that has been completed. ALL THE THINGS THAT WERE FILED WERE ACTUALLY FOLLOWED THROUGH ON....the only thing not followed through on was the sale of the properties in Hawaii......YES THEY OWN REAL ESTATE THAT IS CURRENTLY LEASED AND CAN BE LEASED IN THE FUTURE which was mentioned in the 10k.
SO TRANSPARENT!
3. Lastly......LIQUIDATION VALUE AND TIMING.
With a pharmaceutical company that has 3 popular brands, a medical device company with 1 of a kind IP and a COMMERCIAL PRO UNIT. Mix that with a machine (CENTRI) that can detect weapoms and was designed for schools and public buildings (which thinking about it, that would probably save companies on insurance......especially having an affordable and easy to use weapons detection system.
Again all being marketed at a perfect time. And if the company were to be broken down and sold, I’d bet any amount I’d get more than that market cap even if it was sitting at 50mil.
World use of Sandd is a real possibility as the new hire for sales is actually a good sales director. In the 10k he states that they will be also trying to sell and promote their other products and also ramp up production in their generic pharmaceutical sales (lol selling 3 top world wide selling medications).
