From what I understand from postings here on other tickers is that many/most/all brokers won't accept OTC issues transferred from other brokerage houses. I don't know if this is all OTC tickers or ones that are of less quality than PIOE. But I hear it's been a problem for some.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
