IF Scotus doesn't entertain these types of ISSUES then guess what,

THEY WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN US A DATE EVEN FOR ORALS!!!!!!!

They would have al;ready expounded on this and given us a trip to the door!!!!!

They would NOT have set a date for orals!!!!!!!!!!!

And again MY WAG is DA DICK don't go to SCOTUS and risk FULL DISCOVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!
