.....TIME TO FACE REALITY...................gotta see HL's final brief and possibly dial in to the 12/3 ORALS..............if we get that far.......

.....GUY said he doesn't know anything about the SCOTUS nor does he care in the least..........he won't comment on the uwbi cusips and is paranoid about me trashing FRANKENSTEIN....................

......SCOTUS hearing is gonna happen and the appeals court ruling will be up-held, imo.............without comment.........SCOTUS has stated publicly that they do not pierce/interpret/rule on the IRS........and the SCOTUS has stated publicly that it does not delve into BK, which is technically not a court of law............

.....SURRENDER, losers......................GAME OVER.........only variation would be that WE DROP THE SCOTUS, with no cause and no settlement.......why should we pursue the case.......meaningless to us.....????....SHAKEDOWN EFFORT WAS A FAIL.........oh well........
