The history of MaxD’s acquisition of Attia’s right to sue Google is convoluted to put it mildly. To put it less mildly, MaxD has made multiple inconsistent statements obscuring the truth. A close inspection of the court record reveals a history of transactions which call in to question the notion that MaxD has any interest whatsoever in a hypothetical positive result in the Attia case beyond promotional value.
