So it looks like there is a Prospectus supplement that has also been filed, with the company selling 10.4 million shares giving them $2.23 million at an approximate price of $0.21 each, with prices having ranged between $0.20 and $0.23.

I don't know if this has been addressed on the board yet as I'm a bit behind.
