I think I’m going to make a phone call to the regulatory board for the nasdaq and ask them why is verb still on there exchange with the lies and misinformation verb keeps putting out. The form 4s and what Rory said are completely opposite of each other and a safe harbor statement is only for forward looking statements. If Rory said insiders would be buying but the form 4s show differently the safe harbor statement can’t save Rory now. Rory also had 2 weeks to correct the problem. Verb will be gone in less than a year and I can’t wait to get my money personally from rorys family. After his reputation gets destroyed.
