Lets try to understand this now. Somehow Glen convinced a couple of wealthy individuals and others to take over a company that has no value. Glen stepped aside and the new group managed to get the debts owed forgiven with worthless shares (no actual money involved).

The new board and employees now go about wasting their time trying to develop a worthless property, or they are speculating that they may be able to make huge amounts of cash by pumping and dumping shares.
