Yup, manipulation is not hard at this low-level PPS where LWLG needs to sell 40,000 shares average daily to meet its operating budget, if this were at a fair valuation for current late-stage developments and IP in the $3 to $5 range the incremental selling pressure would be less than 10,000 shares a day
