What happened to the share price?

Not what your chart indicates.

You need to look at a chart that adjusts for the 1:200 R/S that was done on 9/27. Orfanos came into DCAC back in February when the sp was $.0001 and it didn't change until the R/S adjusted it to $.02. From there, the sp had a few days higher but is now down 40%.

His short stint with DCAC was only longer than his stint was with CWIR.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
