Isn't it nice Adelstein sued some one who allegedly defrauded him from SUPREME ENERGY RESOURCES, INC, while at the same time he partnered with the other person involved with the so called fraud.

Two people voted to create preferred voting shares stock.

Walters and Scivoletto, the only TWO people voted for the preferred shares, each authorizing themselves and one other to receive them.

One is labeled a criminal the other made a partner.

Why would some one partner with a person who was responsible for defrauding you?

it is obvious that Scivoletto was not sued because he is the one that alerted Adelstein to the fraud

Or could it be because Scivoletto helped Adelstein steal SUPREME ENERGY RESOURCES INC trade secrets?

Stolen property never belongs to those that steal it?

To claim that the Scivoletto, who initially was the cause of the alleged fraud changed heart to notify Adelstein about the fraud without receiving compensation from Adeslstein is ludicrous.

As proven by becoming his partner and starting a company selling IFUS clone products.
