A reverse merger would make since at this point, with RCP Development set to close its chapter 7 bankruptcy RCPI biggest debt would be gone. My question is why RCP Development is closing it's chapter 7 first and not RCPI. It seems to me that if something isn't going on behind the scenes that this hold thing would have ended a long time ago. Jonnie Williams has never stopped his development of medicine that could change the face of medical science for ever, if big pharma doesn't try to stop it.
