Your question about the relationship between MYMD and RCPI hasn't been answered so I'll just say that the individual behind RCPI, Jonnie Williams, also started MYMD. I have expected for some time that MYMD would reverse merge into RCPI, thereby taking MYMD public without all the expense and effort usually required.

Jonnie Williams has struggled mightily to bring the nicotinic molecules to market for their seemingly awesome health benefits, but this time he seems to have gotten it right, and hopefully it will earn him a Nobel prize.
