LOL ;>)

Question for all longs. Is anybody buying/selling pavc the last few days?

I havent found any retail people saying they are buying/selling pavc, yet 3 times now stock has been stagnant with no volume only to suddenly 'wake up' on higher volume and the mm's raising the price.

Are 'third parties' dumping shares? Are insiders? Did they dilute and if so, are those shares being slowly dumped?

The bottom line is this is all very 'smelly'. we have already watched this thing sit dead and wake up on heavier volume, but no retail people were doing the buying or selling......now again, they have raised the volume and price the last 2 or 3 days a large %.

Question - is anybody here buying or selling pavc? Does anybody have their restricted or free trading shares yet?

If retail investors are not buying/selling, then that is not good, imo....I cant find anybody buying/selling pavc....even my buddies who are hardcore micro gamblers...nobody I know wants to touch this with a ten foot pole...I have not read anywhere that retail people said they are buying/selling.....yet look at the action of this stock. Is this now the 3rd time it has been dead in the water only to wake up with higher volume and a nice jump % in PPS? Are insiders or other 'third parties' dumping? Have they diluted and if so, who got shares and are thewy dumping?

What is disconcerting is they clearly stated in their last filing that they were in dire need of cash. Had they secured financing ( look how long it has been and remember they said they did not have the cash to last very long, so they must have received financing by now....) they would have announced this. In fact, they would have pr'd the hell out of it if they actually got some cash in a shareholder friendly manner...yet they have announced nothing....when I posed this question to the company, they said they would announce any financing publicly and then said there has been no dilution, AS FAR AS I KNOW. When an attorney posed the same question, the company again said they would publicly announce any financing they have secured and then said they do not know if any dilution has occured. Then the question was posed that they admitted they needed cash and needed it in a hurry, yet no financing has been announced, so can we assume no legit form of financing has been secured and that the company is using it's shares ( diluting) in order to 'survive'....and they again said that any financing secured would be announced and they cannot answer whether any dilution has occured or if they are using their shares as currency to sustain operations....

What a bunch of B.S. LMAO...You mean the company does not know if they are diluting?? Or they just dont want to say they are? How can ANY company claim 'we dont know if we are diluting'.....'we dont know if we are using our stock as currency to sustain operations'

LMAO......Are they simply liars or are they just 100% inept? Do they really think folks will believe that they are not aware of their own capital structure and financing? Will they finally show they have diluted and thewn claim they 'didnt know it was occuring'? LOL....That is TOO FUNNY....They are basically saying they are liars or they are 100% inept and are allowing the receptionist or little elves to crank up the printing press and print shares without their knowledge?? Do they really expect people to believe that rubbish?

Anyway, if retail folk are not selling, then I assume, imo, the big boys are dumping.

Good luck to all....
