IMO, this is a reverse merger, big question is who and what. The delay in the valuation of assets indicates that it may have something to do with their existing business. Regardless, this looks like a very good opportunity IMO. I have been in 1 other reverse merger stock and the valuation went from $250,000 to $14,000,000 once merger was announced. Stock went from .0011 to .07 in a matter of 3 days.
