It all comes down to timing! I do still believe that this stock has absolutely thunderous potential. It has still a big room to move.

Upcoming merger with Wavetech GBMH, SGSI will have 10% or less ownership, meaning Outstanding shares will be north of 600,000,000.

What will follow will be the approved up to 300 to 1 reverse split virtually wiping out any one that buys today or has been holding.

Ponder and Hayter will each receive a million dollars for giving up control voting rights.

Ponder and Hayter for collecting large salaries and bonuses for benefiting themselves rather than shareholders.
