So to confirm Chen you believe the PIPE will bring the price to above a dollar and liquidity will push it to 3 dollars.

Everyone what do you mean when you say the PIPE was set at 0.50? Does this mean when the PIPE is processed or done or however that works. It would be as if 132,000,000 restricted shares were purchased at .50?

If so I guess again how does that effect the price per share. Then that would push it to .50 cents right?

Would that contradict what you said Chen? Just wondering how that relates to the thought that the PIPE would push past a dollar.
