So... based on that theory no "penny stock "Bulletin Board" type companies in bed with vulture investor LPC." will ever succeed.

Aside from the part about Anavex being a listed stock and not a "Bulletin Board type company" being totally wrong, you can also argue about it being a "Penny stock".

Then that description of "vulture investor LPC" is more than a little melodramatic.

But anybody knows that.
