Ah yes, but after it expired there was a series of joint PRs culminating is saying they were moving forward with merger. 2 months ago now Equine hopped back on board in a huge way, $300,000 investment at .012 average, with SOAN commenting on optimism for consummating merger.

With all signs pointing towards merger, one has to wonder the hold up.. is it dotting i’s and crossing t’s with all the clarifications the past month.. OR are they inking a huge phase 3 clinical partnership that will explode valuations and make the DR merger much more flexible??
