crtg. So they are DEVELOPING a number of CHS products, but not finished or patented yet!! Why would anyone loan money to a Company who just talks, but doesn't do the required actions? I hope they PATENT something that does NOT conflict with what NDSU has, and that is a total of 13 or 14 Patents in the CHS area?

I don't know, but I just feel that they are pulling on our pant legs again to invest more money!

Finally they are saying what we suspected all along.... that they have no further association with NDSU, and that they are still Developing a series or just one Patent with the CHS. system? It won't be easy going above and beyond what NDSU has a stranglehold on, that's for sure! NDSU will be watching closely for any misrepresentations or conflicts of interest!!!

I truly hope Walrus is right and I am wrong, but they still don't give a Dam- about us as Investors and/or sold-out Investors? I'd like to see the actual contract between the new association with the Mutual fund that is purportedly loaning them money in stages? GLTA
