I would share your concern if this had been an under subscribed offering. However, given that it is an ATM, AUPH can go to the market for what they need when they need it. In this case raising less than the max in the first pass is a good thing, especially if we believe the price will be rising.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
