Curiously, there was the joint Diabetes Relief and SOAN PR’s after Equine exited in February which culminated in a “moving forward” comment. I am speculating the dispute between Summers/Soan is what drove off Equine.

With them back in the fold, I suspect the path is cleared with Summers/Soan. It is noted in filings DR and Equine share investor(s) as DR and Soan are connected by Lawyer.

The silence speaks volumes here and with no effort to update shareholders/public the past few months when it would have been most advantageous, hints towards a bigger development, IMO
