3. Same concept as #2 as the company claims per a 2018 PR they were selling hundreds a month online.               

4. STOP SIGN BACK UP!! - HABITUAL OFFENDER with DELINQUENT filings.               

5. Address for company online brings up zero matches searching online.               

6. Per OTC company overview they state they are a company working to bring SEVERAL products to the market YET they spend $0 on Research and development per the financials.               

7. Price sits NEAR all time lows after the supposive contract and selling hundreds monthly online               

8. Per the Financials they have SEVERE DEBT, barely any revenue and cash on hand + SEVERAL DELINQUENT CONVERTIBLE NOTES OUTSTANDING!!               

9. NO NEWS from the company in 1.3 years!!               

10. Illiquid...barely any volume traded daily.               

11. Float/TA gagged due to delinquencies + yield sign.             

12. STILL NO 2nd quarter filing of financials...
