Echoing that comment..

All SOAN ever has been is an asset company run by a lawyer, doctor (who brought the assets here) and the CEO. Just looking at past PR’s and filings it is clear they are looking for new CEO, management with experience to guide clinical development. Certainly an acquisition of Diabetes Relief will bring over their management and BOD as hinted at in LOI and the fact Atwood is or at least was at one point discussing a management role per filings.

Bottomline: expect new management/BOD to come aboard or this equity and its assets and DR’s desire to expand via public markets will all just be fledgling. Time is money. And the longer heads are in the sand, well time allows interests and energy to change, competition advances, landscape may be altered, etc.

For the current opportunity and share structure here the phrase “now or never” applies.
