Question Chen,

Will the PIPE effect the price. I have been reading about PIPE but one thing I am not clear about is will/how restricted shares effect the price?

If so shouldn't the PIPE take the price to 3.00 PPS on its own? And since the restricted shares can't be sold for 6 months. That gives the required time for the transition to NASDAQ? Since the price needs to be above 2 or 3.00 for 3 months for the approved transition to NASDAQ?
