R/S ratios in the thousands only happen with stocks in the trips.

I wonder how the company goes about setting a R/S ratio with speculation running it to higher levels. And when was the ratio set? When the sp was at $.005, which would indicate they wanted the sp at $.50 or did they just want the O/S at 1.66M and the sp didn't matter?

The spread between A/S and O/S is enough to issue shares to raise cash without a R/S.
