My thoughts is was some of both .. not the James Koh ... and any mention
of a R/S sends folks running .

a. Richard Chiang knows what he is doing in the SEC and OTC Market place

b. Richard is the advisor to James Koh .. he is doing his normal format

c. The R/S like one of the other scams could have been in the thousands ,
however is 1/100 and there is NOT CONFIRMED DATE at all. So need to
ride that out .

d. Lets see how this unfolds in the next few days ... remember the other filings were done to go current .. it was NOT JUST ONE FILING ON A R/S,
