Hi Mateo; Having had herpes for over 40 years has probably caused
me to think they are all the same. But being a chemist I did tend to associate oral lesions as being induced by acidic media. As a child
I remember my Mom's home remedy for "canker" sore was to place a piece
of solid alum on it for a minute or so. Can't remember if that helped! ;.)
