The money/details/etc. negotiated in most deals are largely affected by the current market cap of a company.

Upfront payments and terms are many times based on a percentage of a company's value. Premiums rarely go above 100%

I believe we are the exception. We will see numbers that have BPs scratching their heads. Our "real" value is hard to comprehend at this point.

Missling knows the number. His could be close to Falconer's. We are sitting in the catbird seat.
