EMPM is still EMPM. Real actions start after the name change. Company is being nice here for both Korean and EMPM shareholders. Keeping the market cap at the exchanged value, which implies 1:1 direct merger. That’s the game plan by the company. Many will be caught off the guard and will be chasing once they let the beast out.
