So, haven't been an active real estate agent in years, license in referrals, but back then commissions were basically split 4 ways. 50% to seller broker, 50% to buyer broker, then brokers gave the agent their percentage which could also be 50%.
Is this how a trading agent also does it? You get a percent of each trade? Kinda sorta?
