I'll say this for the thousandth time she was time-barred this appeal is going nowhere. She is not entitled to attorney's fees as being a part of the process she's manipulating a bankruptcy rule to try to recover. She will be lucky if she gets out of this with just having to pay the trustees attorneys fees... I hope they sanction the s*** out of her. it's the equivalent of the litigation and accountability act that we have in my state where an attorney should know or knows that they have no chance of success.
