The BFRE management have never talked about any Japanese follow-up, as far as I can recall. Then, I thought they had a deal with China, which fell through after the US DOE denied further payments on their commitment to complete a grant to BFRE after they made a good deal with China. Also, I cannot find out what happened with the deal with Korea to build a plant and produce Sucrose for them to make ethanol and/or other final cellulosic products. Has anyone here have any info on this?
