Well I can say this.... this CEO is no rookie to buyouts, he's navigated one before. Also the Consulting Company is no Rookie to buyouts either. Read about NMS Advisers (hired by Cerebain in 3-2017) and read about NMS Consulting (hired by Cerebain in 12-2018).

The SRO Designation "monthly added list" does not show September 2019. We think this is when Cerebain was added, but no concrete proof yet. When the list for September 2019 does come out and Cerebain is on it, more people will be able to see it if they haven't been searching for it. I think if Cerebain is on it and when the list gets published there will be buying pressure (IMO).

The price is right, the Management/Consultants/Advisers are top notch people, and the device! I also think that this company is a perfect candidate for a buyout.

Time will tell where this stock will go, and I honestly don't think we are gonna have to wait too long to find out.
