I'm busy with something else right now, or I'd dig up the companies he did S-1s for a few years back. They all had sole officers and directors, and all but one were located in the former Eastern Bloc, or in one of the 'Stans. And most of them had ridiculous business plans. The supposed CEO of one said he'd rented a photo booth (in, I believe, Poland), and was going to make a ton of money by renting more and taking them to children's parties and the like...
