I know the area of Silver Spring south of the Beltway all too well - do NOT try to meet on that side of the beltway, traffic is unbelievable - and they have these weird traffic lights on the main drag in and out of Silver Spring that changes the direction of traffic flow 180 degrees on multiple lanes during rush hour - can get real confusing if you've never dealt with it before - or worse, if you're color blind!
